Change Factory is a Melbourne-based business consulting company that specialises in change management.

We help organisations achieve better business outcomes by driving organisational and cultural change, and managing changes in individual behaviour. We work with clients of all sizes, from some of Australia’s largest organisations to small start-ups. We also have a flourishing business across southeast Asia and the South Pacific.
