Generating and Selecting KPI Sets
We are what we measure. If we measure interdependent performance indicators which are not correlated with the processes we carry out and are not aligned to the goal of our organisation, we will be a confused organisation with very high levels of inertia.
Well chosen KPIs however, drive our people's behaviours and process outcomes in the direction of our goals.

Change Factory eValuateTM
In many situations it is important to know that people do actually comprehend what they have learnt. In those
cases testing of the knowledge is necessary.
Also, people who revise material already learnt are likely to remember five times as much after nine weeks as people
who do not revise.
The very fact that people will be tested increases the likelihood that they will pay attention which increases the ability
to retain what they have learnt.
Change Factory can convert any existing training or develop training into its eValuateTM format. The eValuateTM
format consists of a set of HTML revision pages and multiple choice testing pages.
The HTML revision pages allows for a combination of text and visuals using straight text and pop ups to reinforce existing learning.
The next page navigated to contains a test which can contain questions of the formats:
- True or false
- Multiple choice single correct answer
- Multiple choice multiple correct answers
- Multiple choice audio (e.g. correct content, tone and pace of voice responses to situations)
- Multiple choice graphic (e.g. a screen shot for training system navigation)
- Multiple choice video (e.g. correct content, tone and pace of voice, body language and grooming responses to situations)
After completing the test, the participant is advised of their score and their incorrect answers. The scores are submitted to a
remote server and tabulated. The score and other scores can be accessed by authorised users using a hierarchy of password access.
The eValuateTM technology only requires a browser and an internet connection to work and can be accessed from a supplied
CD or from a website. It requires no change in IT infrastructure placing no files of any kind on the PC hard drive or network drives.
eValuateTM is great for situations where ensuring people have knowledge reduces risk and enhances productivity.
