Living with Change comprises four modules:
- Nature of change?
- How change can effect individuals
- Strategies for coping with change
- Developing your own resilience towards change
Nature of change asks participants to reflect on a change and how they felt, what they thought and what they did with regard to the change and to discuss what the patterns they observe imply for them as individuals and as a group.
How change affects individuals demonstrates to participants how people react to the transition from the old to the new. It asks participants to rate themselves on their readiness for change and the frame in which they are viewing change..
Strategies for coping with change reviews and provides tools for understanding how people transition through change and explores what they can do to help themselves cope with change through each stage.
Developing your own resilience to change demonstrates what comprises resilience to change and gives participants an opportunity to select and practice some simple techniques to improve their resilience to change.
