Training Outline
Leading Change comprises for modules:
- Theory of change
- Leading yourself through change
- Leading others through change
- Practicing change conversations
Theory of change asks participants to reflect on change they have experienced and frames those changes in the Bridges Transition Model. The module helps participants understand the psychological processes going on during change.
Leading yourself through change asks participants are they ready for change. Are they ready as individuals and are their team ready as a whole?
Leading others through change reviews and provides tools for leading and managing people to deal with stress, conflict and resistance and to encourage resilience.
Practicing change conversations gives participants an opportunity to practice simple techniques to engage their staff in how the psychological aspects of change are affecting them.
