People don't often realise the level of change that is required when rolling out a records management program. As a result, there is no thought given to change management. Either that, or a manufactured change management process is taken from a textbook, or the Internet, and applied haphazardly.
In our experience, organisations underestimate what people perceive they have to give up, or what they will have to change. Whilst you may communicate that the change is 'minor', it may not be to the individual.
We work with you to create and implement a robust change management plan that seamlessly integrates training and change management, in order to teach and change habits.
We work with and recommend Linked Training as our EDRMS training partner. Together, we have been involved in the successful implementation of EDRMS programs for a number of organisations. Our collaboration on Australia's largest EDRMS rollout was awarded the J.Eddis Linton Award for Excellence – Most Outstanding Group in 2010.
