After two years’ worth of researching successful and failed EDRMS projects, Change Factory and Linked Training have identified the crucial elements for creating the right EDRMS Adoption Environment.
The results from Stage 1 of our ongoing research project with Linked Training were presented at the 2011 inForum Convention in Darwin. The presentation, titled: “Training and change models for EDRMS: What’s passing and failing”, was met with extremely positive feedback from attendees, and requests for an encore for those who missed it.
This research project has earned Change Factory and Linked Training a RIM Professionals Australasia Research & Education Grant.
